I am partnering with a Dubai-based real estate development company to hire a Head of Projects ?This is a strategic leadership role responsible for end-to-end project delivery across a growing portfolio, from design and engineering through to construction and handover. The role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the Board, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget.Key Responsibilities:

Lead project strategy and planning, translating business objectives into executable programs.
Oversee design management (architectural, structural, MEP, safety, and electrical) and ensure projects are value-engineered and fully coordinated.
Manage construction delivery, contractors, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Drive commercial and contract management, including tendering, bid evaluation, negotiations, and FIDIC-aligned contracts.
Monitor portfolio performance, budgets, and timelines, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing project management team.
Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks.
Provide timely reporting and dashboards to the CEO and Board.

Requirements:

10+ years' experience in real estate project development and management, including leadership of complex projects in the UAE or GCC.
Proven experience in construction, engineering, and commercial contract management (FIDIC exposure preferred).
PMP certification required.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
