InterContinental Residence Suites Dubai Festival City is hiring a Bell Attendant - Valet Parker to join the concierge team. This position is responsible for providing high-quality guest service from arrival to departure, ensuring every interaction meets the brand's luxury standards.Core Duties
- Welcome and bid farewell to guests in a warm and professional manner
- Manage the bell desk, lobby, concierge, and driveway areas to ensure they remain clean and organized
- Assist with luggage during check-in, check-out, and room moves following hotel procedures
- Recognize and greet loyalty program members and returning guests by name
- Provide guests with accurate local information, recommendations, and event updates
- Deliver newspapers and other guest requests as per preferences
- Follow safety, security, and cash handling standards
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles carefully in line with valet procedures
- Keep driveway traffic flowing smoothly and maintain the hotel's premium image
- Assist team members with other duties when required
- Good communication skills to handle guest inquiries and concerns
- Problem-solving ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Basic literacy, numeracy, and computer skills
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an upscale hotel in a concierge or similar role
- Physically able to lift, push, and pull up to 23 kg
- Valid UAE driving license
