- Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to meet quality and safety standards
- Ensure all SOPs are followed and team members comply with quality and safety guidelines
- Supervise processing operations to achieve daily production targets
- Monitor production lines, address disruptions, and minimize downtime
- Perform in-process quality checks and resolve deviations with the Production Supervisor
- Manage equipment usage, report maintenance needs, and ensure safe operation practices
- Track daily production metrics, document performance, and communicate updates to supervisors
- Maintain accurate production records and communicate daily targets to the team
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues in coordination with maintenance
- Identify and propose process improvements for efficiency, waste reduction, and resource optimization
- Train new staff on SOPs, equipment handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices
- Enforce safety regulations and prepare reports on efficiency, incidents, and quality issues
