Assistant Store Operations Supervisor - Grocery Fulfillment and Inventory Control - Talabat - Dubai, UAE

• Supervise store operations during assigned shifts including order fulfillment, stock management, and team coordination.
• Assist the store supervisor in managing daily store operations including scheduling staff, monitoring workflow, and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Support inventory management processes including stock control, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper store replenishment by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with demand planners for timely ordering.
• Oversee inbound receiving activities to ensure accurate delivery acceptance according to company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Supervise outbound order processing including efficient picking and packing of customer grocery orders.
• Monitor order fulfillment performance and suggest operational improvements that increase productivity and service efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with store safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards across all operational activities.
• Assist with implementing actions to reduce store shrinkage and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Coordinate with store teams to ensure high levels of internal operational service and external customer satisfaction.
• Report operational issues to the store supervisor and recommend solutions for improvement.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in supermarket, grocery retail, or restaurant operations.
• Experience supporting store management or shift supervision preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and store operations processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work in fast paced environments.
• Hands on operational mindset with attention to detail in stock handling and order fulfillment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate effectively with multicultural teams.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills considered advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and support store operations during busy periods.
