We're looking for a hands-on HR Operations Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing startup holding company in Abu Dhabi.This is a unique opportunity to build the HR function from the ground up, shaping culture, policies, and processes while directly supporting business growth.What You'll Do

Lead the full HR operations and employee lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance, and offboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and HRIS systems.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company standards.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
Partner with leadership to drive a high-performance, people-first culture.
Act as the go-to HR partner in a standalone role with the potential to scale and build a future HR team.

What We're Looking For

8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven startup or fast-growth company experience - adaptable, resourceful, and solutions-driven.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR systems/HRIS and MS Office.
