Human Resource Manager

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Strengthening relations between management and employees by dealing with demands, complaints and other issues
• Manage the company's recruitment, selection and employment process of candidates.
• Support the current and future needs of the business by developing, encouraging and preserving human capital
• Develop and monitor overall human resources strategies, systems, tactics and procedures throughout the organization
• Nurturing a positive work environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to implement and monitor training programs
• Reporting to management and providing support in decision making through HR standards
• Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of human resources management

• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive
• People oriented and passionate about achieving results
• Demonstrable experience in HR standards
• Knowledge of human resources systems and their databases
• Ability to design a strategy combined with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening skills and excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in building and managing interpersonal relationships effectively at all levels in the company
• Deep knowledge of labor law and best practices in the field of human resources
