- Strengthening relations between management and employees by dealing with demands, complaints and other issues
- Manage the company's recruitment, selection and employment process of candidates.
- Support the current and future needs of the business by developing, encouraging and preserving human capital
- Develop and monitor overall human resources strategies, systems, tactics and procedures throughout the organization
- Nurturing a positive work environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to implement and monitor training programs
- Reporting to management and providing support in decision making through HR standards
- Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of human resources management
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive
- People oriented and passionate about achieving results
- Demonstrable experience in HR standards
- Knowledge of human resources systems and their databases
- Ability to design a strategy combined with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening skills and excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in building and managing interpersonal relationships effectively at all levels in the company
- Deep knowledge of labor law and best practices in the field of human resources
