Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company culture and values.
Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create recruitment plans to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning, providing coaching and guidance to managers and employees as needed.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, incentives, and employee benefits, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices.
Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in HR management, proactively recommending enhancements and improvements to HR policies and processes.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) are a plus.
