  • Assist in preparation and production of food items in the central commissary kitchen
  • Support senior chefs during daily kitchen operations
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of prepared items
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
  • Support high-volume production requirements for multiple food and beverage outlets
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
  • Participate in training and skill development under experienced chefs
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced production kitchen environment
Candidate Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years experience in a professional kitchen role
  • Previous experience in an international luxury hotel or large-scale kitchen preferred
  • Strong passion for food and culinary development
  • Ability to work hard, fast, and accurately under pressure
  • Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and progress within a structured kitchen environment
