Employment Type: Full-time - Site-based Key Responsibilities

Provide basic IT support for hardware (laptops, printers, scanners).
Assist with network troubleshooting and device configuration.
Support setup of new user accounts, email access, shared drives, and permissions.
Maintain IT asset records and track equipment movement.
Respond to user requests and escalate major issues to senior IT support.
Ensure IT policies are followed and data security is maintained.

Qualifications & Requirements

UAE National (Emiratisation role).
Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
6 months to 1 year experience in IT helpdesk or technical support.
Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Willingness to work in Ruwais on a site-based schedule.
