Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:ITS BIM Modeling TechnicianAbu Dhabi, UAEWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ITS BIM Modeling Technician to join our Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) team in Abu Dhabi. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in innovative design projects and contribute to the advancement of Building Information Modeling (BIM) practices. The Candidate will be required to design the ITS infrastructure (Dry Utility) in Civil 3D under the supervision of the Senior Engineer.What You’ll Be Doing:

Utilize effective computer skills with a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows and related word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
Demonstrate expertise in the usage and management of Common Data Environment (CDE) for model production.
Dry utilities design capability using AutoCAD Civil 3D; candidates with wet utilities design background will also be considered.
Exhibit proficiency in software packages and workflows associated with BIM specialism/discipline.
Apply a variety of modeling principles, techniques, and analyses to enhance project outcomes.
Communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) on technical and non-technical subjects related to modeling.
Interface with other departments to coordinate work assignments and ensure project alignment. The candidate shall be capable to perform clash analysis with other utilities and resolve the conflicts as directed by the Engineer.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff, fostering their development and growth.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Diploma in a relevant discipline. Bachelor’s Degree will be an addition.
Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in BIM.
Certification in drafting or BIM software from providers such as Autodesk, Bentley Systems, etc., is highly desirable.
Proficient computer skills with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and related software.
Extensive knowledge of Common Data Environment usage and management for model production.
Advanced proficiency in software packages and workflows associated with BIM specialism/discipline.
In-depth knowledge of and ability to apply various modeling principles, techniques, and analyses.
Excellent communication skills (both verbally and in writing) on technical and non-technical subjects.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Experience in ITS or dry utilities projects within a BIM environment.
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D for utilities/ITS design and plan production.
Experience using clash detection and coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks or similar)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to model and drawing accuracy and quality.
