  • Facilitate design thinking workshops and cross-functional collaboration sessions to co-create service solutions.
  • Partner closely with UX, UI, product, and business teams to ensure alignment between experience design and delivery execution.
  • Support continuous improvement of service design standards, frameworks, and governance processes.
  • Translate design outputs into actionable recommendations that support commercial growth and operational efficiency.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, Human-Centered Design, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in service design, customer experience, or journey optimization roles.
  • Experience within financial services, digital banking, automotive finance, or customer-centric industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and omnichannel customer journeys.
  • Ability to connect design thinking to measurable business KPIs and customer value outcomes.
