  • Originate new business opportunities with clients in target business segment working alongside respective Executive Director/Managing Director across banking products
  • Work alongside Executive Director/Managing Director and product teams to review/ develop Term Sheet, Information Memorandum, Mandate letter, Pitch Books.
  • Maintain the credit quality of the client's relationships of the Portfolio within the parameters set by FAB credit policy guidelines.
  • Participate in pitching, negotiation and conclusion of deals.
Client and Market Analysis: * Participate in the financial analysis conducted on clients and their respective industries/ markets to identify potential opportunities and risksClient Relationship Management: * Support respective Managing Directors and Executive Directors along with relevant product partners in deepening FAB existing relationship within the portfolio.
  • Collaborate and work closely with Global Subsidiary and FAB International Branches to increase client wallet share, depth of relationship and X-sell opportunities with key client relationships.
  • Drafting, Preparation and submission of call reports along with noting and diarizing the action points for follow ups [internal and external constituents]
  • Preparation and updating of Global Key Account Plans for key clients at regular intervals.
  • RORAC [Return on Risk Adjusted Capital] calculation and drafting and submission of note to Capital Allocation Committee.
  • ESG: Liaising with clients for collection of necessary data, info for preparation of ESG rating note in compliance with FAB's ESG policy and SOPs.
  • Support clients in their day-to-day banking requirements along with support functions [Operations, CAD, Client Services etc.] point of escalation to resolve any operational issue faced.
  • Achieve high degree of customer satisfaction which should be reflected in a high NPS score and annual client survey reports.
  • Achieve individual and teams financial performance targets;
  • Ensure all clients' files/documents are maintained and filed with CAD, LPM etc.
  • Ensure all credit reviews are submitted on time and agreed conditions are met; Upholding FAB' credit underwriting standards, Standard Operating Procedures, are adhered to through all stages of lending, account and relationship management activity.
  • Ownership of KYC process (NTB and review/renewal) of accounts/assigned accounts under the unit, ensuring onboarding/review/renewals are completed within standards TAT to ensure consistency with the Bank's KYC, AML policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify new business in Carbon Trading & Commodities business among existing client pool and prospects, and convert those into actionable working in close co-ordination with respective product teams.
Day-to-Day Activities: * Assist the respective MDs and EDs in the day-to-day administrative and transactional activities of client management including client calls, documentation follow up, updating pipeline, and any other activities in the unit/team to ensure continuity of work and the delivery of effective and high quality outputs;Policies, Systems, Processes, and Procedures: * Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.MIS and Reports: * Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet the unit's requirements, policies, and standards.#LI-KT1QualificationsMinimum Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline;Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred.Minimum Experience:5-10 years of experience in investment banking experience.Additional InformationKnowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
