- Provide daily operational support for the ETRM trading platform
- Work closely with Trading, Risk, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure accurate trade booking and reporting
- Troubleshoot system issues, trade capture discrepancies, and pricing curve problems
- Monitor batch processes, market data feeds, and system integrations
- Assist with P&L, risk exposure, and settlement-related queries
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and user acceptance testing activities
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve incidents and improve platform performance
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance trading workflow efficiency
- Degree in Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience supporting an ETRM or trading platform within oil and gas or commodities trading
- Strong understanding of trading lifecycle processes and system workflows
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with front-office and middle-office stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced trading environment
- Able to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration
