Middle Distillates Trading Operations Analyst will support the end-to-end physical execution of refined petroleum cargoes within an international oil and gas trading environment. Based in Dubai, UAE, this role works closely with senior operators and traders to ensure compliant, timely, and accurate execution of middle distillates import and export movements.Job Details

- Support daily physical operations for middle distillates and refined product trading
- Assist in cargo execution from pre-fixture planning through post-delivery settlement
- Monitor vessel schedules, cargo status, and refinery lifting programs
- Coordinate with surveyors, terminals, agents, brokers, and counterparties to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare and manage shipping and banking documentation including contracts, invoices, Bills of Lading, and Letter of Credit documentation
- Track tankage levels and reconcile inventory movements
- Monitor laytime calculations and support demurrage management
- Update internal trading and operations systems with accurate operational data
- Work closely with commercial, risk, shipping, and finance teams to ensure cross-functional coordination
- Initial hands-on exposure within oil, gas, or commodities trading operations
- Experience or strong interest in middle distillates or refined petroleum products
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced trading environment
- Structured and proactive working style
