Employment Type: Full-time - Site-based Key Responsibilities

Assist with local sourcing of materials, consumables, and services.
Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, and support PO creation.
Follow up with suppliers for delivery timelines and documentation.
Maintain procurement logs and update PO status reports.
Coordinate with stores, logistics, and site teams on urgent requirements.
Support vendor communication and evaluation.
Ensure compliance with company and client procurement policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

UAE National (Emiratisation role).
Diploma/bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
6 months to 1 year of procurement or logistics exposure.
Familiarity with local UAE suppliers is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation basics.
Willingness to work in Ruwais on a site-based schedule.

Skills & Competencies

Good MS Office skills; ERP knowledge is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities.
Ability to work under tight timelines.
High sense of responsibility and accuracy.
