- To ensure meeting all export customer's enquiries in time, quotation to sale. Maximizing the sale from the existing customers and developing the new customers in the export market.
- Preparing the forward order quotation by uploading excel file with proper Mazda part number format to the EDP system and retrieve the same from EDP system to excel file.
- Making Proforma Invoices of Mazda Parts against customers confirmed order.
- Following up payments against confirmed orders.
- Preparing Pick list of parts through system and handing over to warehouse for pick / pack of items
- Issuing Commercial Invoice and Packing List
- Arranging required deliveries to the concerned parties.
- Issuing system invoices against cash and credit customers
- Co-coordinating with Finance Dept. against customer payments
- Recording the loss sale from all export customers and identifying how best we can reduce the loss sale by optimizing the inventory level.
- Managing the inventory for the export customers in co-ordination with the supply chain/ Inventory manager.
- Continually attempting to penetrate new markets and establish the company image as a good international brand in different region
- Preparing the special offer/ bulk deals for the existing and new export customers. Planning & liquidating the slow moving, dead stock parts through this channel.
- Monitor change in the international market situation and exports legislative requirements and recommend or implement action to meet changing circumstances as required.
- Resolve product or service problem, distribution, and customer complaints. Visit the local export customers as per business requirement.
- Address all problems that may develop within the export department promptly
- Co-ordinate with various divisions in the company to achieve strategic goals of the company in export business
- Preparation of periodical sales reports to senior management as required
- Gather and update information and market data of the targeted customer
- Manage product mix and discount structure to achieve companies profit objectives.
