The QA QC Engineer will report to the QA QC Manager and support the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of project-specific quality plans and QA QC procedures across Azizi Developments projects in Dubai. The role focuses on audits, inspections, compliance monitoring, and continuous quality improvement across all stages of construction.Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular QA audits, reviews, surveillances, and follow-ups across multiple construction sites on a weekly basis
- Ensure contractor teams comply with applicable codes, specifications, approved method statements, inspection test plans, and construction drawings
- Carry out snagging and de-snagging inspections to verify quality closure
- Identify and report quality issues, non-conformities, and trends to the Project Manager using data-driven analysis
- Prepare and present monthly quality KPI dashboards and performance reports
- Support the implementation and verification of corrective and preventive actions for identified quality issues
- Review contractor technical submittals including project quality plans, method statements, inspection test plans, material test reports, and non-conformance reports
- Provide inputs to the Quality Manager on project performance metrics and recommendations for process or system improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 8 to 15 years of experience in QA QC roles within construction or real estate development projects
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and inspection procedures
- Experience working across multiple sites with contractor and supervision teams
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
- Ability to identify trends, assess risks, and drive quality improvements proactively
