Job DescriptionCollege: College of Medicine and Health Sciences – Department of Pediatrics The Department of Pediatrics at the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, UAE University, invites applications for a Research Assistant to support ongoing research in infectious diseases epidemiology, with a strong focus on systematic and scoping reviews. We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified candidate with demonstrated experience in evidence synthesis methodologies. The successful candidate will contribute to research projects and provide administrative support for research activities within the department. Duties and Responsibilities • Assist in the design and conduct of systematic and scoping reviews, as well as epidemiological studies in infectious diseases. • Support data collection, management, and statistical analysis using software such as SPSS, Stata, or R. • Conduct comprehensive literature searches and evidence synthesis to support research projects. • Contribute to manuscript preparation and submission to peer-reviewed journals. • Assist in preparing research reports, presentations, and grant applications. • Provide support for research administration, including ethics submissions, documentation, and coordination of meetings. • Perform other research-related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualification
Master’s degree in Public health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field.
