  • Support development and implementation of the Corporate Governance program, policies, and procedures
  • Assist the General Counsel and Corporate Governance team in board secretary and committee-related activities
  • Coordinate documentation for establishment, merging, or abolishment of management committees and sub-committees
  • Maintain and update Delegation of Authority frameworks and corporate policies
  • Manage and update the Document Governance Framework and standardized templates
  • Coordinate data collection and preparation of governance-related presentations for management meetings
  • Maintain Corporate Structure Register and support subsidiaries licensing processes
  • Collaborate with Legal team in issuing, revoking, and maintaining Powers of Attorney
  • Maintain central repository for governance documents ensuring accuracy and regulatory alignment
  • Conduct periodic assessment of governance practices and prepare quarterly status reports for senior management
  • Assist in reviewing and updating delegation of authority triggers, policies, and procedural changes
  • Execute paralegal activities including documentation follow-up, record management, and case tracking
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant corporate governance or legal compliance experience
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Experience supporting board secretariat and management committee processes
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation management skills
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer proficiency and document control capabilities
