Senior Supervisor Maintenance

• To plan & ensure execution of all plant’s maintenance activities in the assigned area to ensure reliability and continuity of their operations.
• To prepare Work order, verify and approve status report to ensure proper resource allocation to jobs.
• To plan and ensure implementation of preventive maintenance programs for all plants in the assigned area to decrease forced outages and to maintain designed output.
• To plan, prioritise and ensure implementation of corrective maintenance programs in all plants in the assigned area in order to minimise downtime and decrease outage duration.
• Ensure all activities of maintenance work for all plant in assigned area with budgetary limits to ensue budgetary compliance.
• Assist in contractor selection as per company procedures to ensure their pre-qualifications meet the specific requirements. Perform technical evaluation on all contracted programs.
• Follows all relevant Department/Unit policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Ensuring the organization adheres to legal frameworks in areas such as discipline & grievance, redundancy, and employment law.
• Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety, and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, and a responsible environmental attitude.
