- Advocating for law school and firm customers to increase active users
- Strategically expanding business opportunities through effective upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Developing strategic account plans, recognizing sales opportunities, targeting specific sales activities, and analyzing competitor threats
- Delivering specialized customer presentations that communicate our value proposition and competitor differentiation to create new active users
- Conducting compelling research, analysis of findings and sharing information with product, segment and marketing
- Executing marketing strategies aimed at positioning LexisNexis as an expert source meeting the needs of law firms
- Have the ability to travel locally to clients
- Be able to work on your own and manage a territory
- Be able to work as part of a team accomplishing mutual team goals
- Demonstrate outstanding networking capabilities and exhibit a professional demeanor, business maturity, and technical knowledge
- Demonstrate experience developing account plans and coordinating key stakeholders and resources to positively impact clients
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate deep product, content or practice area knowledge to acts as a resource for sales and marketing
