- Provide administrative and office support to managers and project teams within the business unit
- Prepare, review and proofread correspondence, reports, forms and spreadsheets

- Arrange travel bookings and maintain related documentation
- Maintain and monitor office supply inventory and coordinate replenishment
- Support document control processes and ensure accurate filing of records
- Assist in preparing presentations using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- UAE National with Family Book in line with Emiratisation requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience within professional services or engineering environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
