Job Description:BG Global is partnering with a leading provider of precision machinery solutions tailored for the jewelry manufacturing industry. Renowned for their technical innovation and customer-first approach, the company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end operational functions while aligning efficiency with business growth objectives.Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations to ensure productivity, cost control, and alignment with business goals.- Evaluate existing workflows, introduce best practices, and implement automation and process enhancements.- Lead and develop cross-functional teams, setting clear KPIs and ensuring performance accountability.- Plan and optimize the utilization of manpower, stock, systems, and infrastructure.- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and governance standards.- Work closely with Purchase, Inventory, Service, HR, IT, and Finance to maintain seamless coordination.- Establish and monitor operational dashboards, MIS reports, and performance metrics for leadership review.- Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage operational challenges.- Drive initiatives that improve service delivery, turnaround time, and overall customer experience.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.- 8-12 years of relevant experience in operations management within trading or distribution environments.- Demonstrated experience managing multiple departments and large operational teams.- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Zoho preferred).- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits
