- Monitor and manage security-related service tickets ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
- Escalate complex security incidents and technical issues to senior security team members.
- Process user access requests and support periodic access reviews in line with company policies.
- Maintain user accounts, groups, and permissions following identity and access management standards.
- Provide first-level support for security alerts by following predefined playbooks and response procedures.
- Coordinate with SOC, IT support, and infrastructure teams for incident resolution.
- Maintain audit logs, tracking records, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in gathering evidence and documentation for audits and risk assessments.
- Support updates to security policies, checklists, and operational documentation.
- Contribute to awareness initiatives and process improvement activities within the Information Security function.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

- Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity preferred.
