  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering roles
  • 2+ years of leadership or team management experience
  • Strong experience with distributed systems and modern architecture patterns
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS
  • Experience with agile development practices and continuous delivery
  • Strong understanding of mobile and web application development
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
