Asset and Plant Store Manager - Azizi Developments - Dubai, UAE

• Manage the daily operations of the central store within the Asset and Plant Department
• Supervise store personnel, assign responsibilities, and coordinate work schedules for operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of construction plant equipment, tools, spare parts, and consumables
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams for timely replenishment
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and tracking of materials and equipment used in construction activities
• Implement and enforce safety procedures within warehouse and store facilities
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely supply of plant equipment and construction materials

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• 10 to 15 years of experience in store management, plant operations, or asset control within construction or real estate development companies
• Minimum five years of experience in a senior supervisory or managerial role
• Strong understanding of plant machinery, construction tools, spare parts, and operational equipment
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar inventory management platforms
• Knowledge of procurement procedures, logistics coordination, and asset lifecycle management
