- Manage psychiatric medications and monitor clinical progress and treatment response
- Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and primary healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic medical record systems
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and clinical quality improvement initiatives
- Educate patients and families regarding mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and recovery strategies
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, ethical guidelines, and hospital governance protocols
- Medical degree with recognized specialization in Psychiatry
- Consultant-level certification such as UK CCT, Arab Board, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in adult psychiatry
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
- DHA eligibility or readiness to obtain Dubai licensure
- Strong understanding of cultural dynamics within Middle Eastern communities
