- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection
- Advise customers on product features, usage, and benefits to increase sales
- Operate point of sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain transaction accuracy and follow company procedures for payments
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and displaying merchandise
- Ensure products are available and properly stocked on shelves
- Follow pricing and ticketing procedures to maintain accuracy and prevent losses
- Apply merchandising standards to enhance store presentation and layout
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Support stock takes, product launches, and promotional activities
- Assist with seasonal campaigns and in-store events as required
- Secondary school education or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate POS systems and manage transactions accurately
- Good understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement
- Organized with attention to detail in merchandising and store operations
