- Operate point of sale systems accurately and ensure all transactions are processed efficiently
- Maintain strong product knowledge to recommend suitable products and drive additional sales
- Support stock receiving, shelving, and inventory control activities
- Participate in stock takes, product launches, and store events as required
- Ensure accurate pricing, labeling, and ticketing across all merchandise
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to present an attractive store layout
- Contribute to store cleanliness and organization through regular housekeeping duties
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Secondary school education or equivalent qualification
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service standards
- Ability to operate POS systems with accuracy and attention to detail
