  • Diagnose and manage a broad range of pediatric hematologic and oncologic conditions including leukemias, lymphomas, solid tumors, anemias, and coagulation disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment protocols using evidence-based pediatric hematology and oncology practices
  • Provide inpatient and outpatient care, including chemotherapy planning, supportive care, and long-term follow-up
  • Monitor treatment response, manage complications, and adjust care plans as required
  • Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams including pediatric surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, intensivists, and nursing teams
  • Communicate diagnoses, treatment options, and prognostic information clearly and compassionately to patients and families
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and caregivers throughout the treatment journey
  • Participate in tumor boards, departmental meetings, and clinical governance activities
  • Engage in clinical research, audits, and continuous professional development
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient medical records
Ideal Profile
  • Medical degree with specialty training in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology
  • UK CCT, American Board, or Canadian Board certification
  • Valid eligibility or licensure to practice in the UAE
  • Minimum 5 years consultant-level experience in pediatric hematology and oncology
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary treatment protocols and medical technologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach with resilience in complex clinical settings
