- Diagnose and treat pediatric blood disorders and cancers including leukemia, lymphoma, and related conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient history and clinical findings
- Utilize advanced medical technologies and evidence-based practices to deliver optimal care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated treatment
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in pediatric hematology and oncology
- Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and educational programs
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
- Medical degree with specialization in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology
- Board certification such as UK CCT, American Board, or Canadian Board
- Valid license or eligibility to practice in the UAE
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a consultant-level role
- Strong knowledge of modern treatment technologies and clinical protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
