- Oversee site-based quantity surveying activities across civil construction projects
- Prepare, review, and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates
- Monitor project costs and ensure strict cost control throughout execution
- Support contract administration and ensure compliance with project terms
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and project teams for smooth execution
- Evaluate variations, claims, and contractual changes accurately
- Ensure all work aligns with UAE construction standards and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in construction and site supervision
- Strong expertise in cost control, BOQs, and contract administration
- Proven experience in both consultancy and project execution roles
- Must currently be based in the UAE
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
