We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (E & I) - Site for one of our clients with the following details:Start date: ASAPDuration: 24 monthsLocation: Dubai UAEQualification and Experience required:

8-10+ Years Minimum years of experience.

Service description:

To Prepare quantity take offs for Electrical and Instrumentation works.
To Maintain the overall master quantity record, incorporating updates from revised drawings.
To prepare the RFQ document.
To Evaluate the Commercial Bid.
To Prepare the Preambles, Schedules of Rates, Bills of Quantities and Estimations.
To Prepare project cost reports and review them in coordination with the Commercial and Subcontracts Manager.
To Review and certify subcontractor payment applications in line with the terms and conditions of the subcontract.
Collaborate with the project team to resolve subcontractor disputes, claims, and performance related issues.
Minimum 5 years of Experience in Oil & gas project
AUTO cad Software knowledge required
