The role ensures seamless arrivals and departures, accurate cashiering, and consistent delivery of resort service standards while offering personalized assistance throughout the guest stay.What You'll Do
- Deliver a welcoming and efficient reception service to Imperial Club guests
- Manage check-ins and check-outs smoothly and accurately
- Process cashiering transactions promptly and correctly
- Provide information and respond to guest needs, requests, and special requirements
- Deliver personalized service aligned with Imperial Services standards and benefits
- Coordinate closely with food and beverage service teams
- Ensure sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently followed
- Maintain full knowledge of Imperial Services offerings and privileges
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within an international hotel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
