  • Allocate rooms and issue activated room keys according to hotel procedures.
  • Set up guest accounts and verify payment methods before providing room access.
  • Enter loyalty program information and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Ensure room rates match approved market codes and record any rate discrepancies.
  • Confirm billing accuracy and adjust charges when required.
  • Prepare operational reports, guest logs, and shift financial summaries.
  • Handle cashier responsibilities including processing payments, refunds, and vouchers.
  • Provide guests with hotel information, local directions, and service assistance.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
  • Count and reconcile cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Follow accounting and audit procedures while handling financial transactions.
  • Report security incidents or guest complaints to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues while supporting team operations.
Ideal Profile
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum one year of experience in hotel reception or hospitality guest services.
