- Prepare MIS reports and business presentations for management and business reviews
- Maintain and update historical data in predefined formats for analysis and reporting
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering sales, growth, run rate, and forecasts
- Analyze MTD and YTD performance metrics and prepare summary insights
- Compile brand-level meeting reports and department-wise performance data
- Gather, merge, and validate data from multiple stores and regional teams
- Prepare category-wise and store-wise performance reports
- Track inventory movement and key supply chain metrics
- Coordinate with regional and category teams to ensure timely and accurate data submission
- One to three years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or business reporting roles
- Graduate qualification in a relevant discipline
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis is an advantage
- Understanding of inventory and supply chain concepts
- Strong analytical and business understanding skills
- Good planning, organizing, and coordination abilities
- Effective communication skills with exposure to SAP systems
