- Partner with global and regional sales leadership to translate revenue strategy into territory-level execution plans
- Drive consistent operating cadence across regions (weekly pipeline, monthly forecast, quarterly planning)
- Ensure alignment between global revenue priorities and local market execution
- Own revenue forecasting discipline in partnership with Sales and CRM
- Ensure forecast accuracy, transparency, and accountability across regions
- Implement and enforce governance standards for pipeline hygiene, deal progression, and stage discipline
- Act as senior commercial advisor to Country and Regional Heads
- Diagnose performance gaps and drive corrective actions across pipeline generation, conversion, and velocity
- Support strategic account prioritization and resource deployment decisions
- Work closely with CRM leadership to ensure systems, data, and processes support sales execution
- Ensure CRM insights are translated into actionable commercial decisions
- Champion adoption of standard sales processes while accommodating local nuances
- Coordinate with Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Revenue Analytics, and Compensation teams
- Influence without authority to unblock deals, resolve execution issues, and accelerate revenue outcomes
- Leverage associate teams (managed by another leader) for analysis, reporting, and operational support

- 12–18+ years experience in revenue/sales strategy, sales/revenue operations, commercial management, or business management roles
- Strong background in financial services, asset management, funds, or adjacent regulated environments
- Proven experience operating across multiple geographies and complex sales structures
- Deep understanding of sales motions, CRM-led execution, forecasting, and revenue governance
- Exceptional ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels
- Experience working with Salesforce and enterprise CRM ecosystems strongly preferred
