- Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning aligned with product launches, revenue targets, and competitive positioning
- Generate high quality leads and showroom traffic to support new vehicle sales, pre-owned vehicle programs, and aftersales services
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels while complying with global OEM brand guidelines
- Plan and execute automotive product launches, promotional campaigns, partnerships, and marketing events
- Manage digital marketing channels including performance marketing, website optimization, and CRM customer journeys
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness
- Manage the marketing budget with strong focus on return on investment and performance optimization
- Collaborate with internal departments including sales, network operations, CRM, finance, and digital teams
- Work closely with OEM partners and external marketing agencies to deliver brand campaigns and marketing programs
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive positioning in the automotive market
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Eight to ten years of progressive marketing experience with at least five years in automotive, mobility, or premium retail sectors
- Strong experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and agency partnerships
- Proven ability to manage large marketing budgets and deliver measurable revenue impact
- Strong analytical and commercial skills with the ability to translate marketing data into business decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Arabic language skills are advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics platforms
