Job Description· Support business generation activities through coordination with Developers and Government Housing Programs in line with approved KPIs· Assist in identifying business growth opportunities by providing regular performance updates, sales tracking, and market insights in collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.· Act as a key point of coordination for partners and customer service matters, ensuring timely resolution of queries, complaints, and service issues in line with service level agreements (SLAs).· Ensure high levels of partner and customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up, service quality monitoring, and proactive issue resolution.· Liaise with Legal, Operations, and external parties on under-construction and existing portfolios to support documentation, recovery actions, and avoidance of service escalation or litigation where possible.· Provide inter-departmental coordination and operational support to ensure smooth processing of Home Finance applications, including customer onboarding, documentation follow-up, and system updates.· Support customer service audits, service recovery initiatives, and root-cause analysis for repeated customer complaints related to Developers, Government Housing Programs, or internal processes.Competencies/Skills· Ability to apply established policies, procedures, and best practices to manage daily operational and customer service requirements.· Ability to handle customer and partner issues, escalating complex or high-risk matters to management when required.· Ability to balance business objectives with service quality, compliance, and customer experience considerations.· Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of business and service outcomes.· Ability to identify service gaps, operational inefficiencies, and recurring customer issues, and propose practical improvement actions.Higher Diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred)Minimum 4 – 6 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in Home Finance, Retail Banking, or CustomerService–related roles.
