- Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the insurance business.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales, with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
