  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners that enhance insurance value propositions
  • Build and manage partnerships with repair workshops, home service providers, health service providers, travel platforms, digital apps, fintechs, wellness and lifestyle partners
  • Develop partnership frameworks, commercial models, SLAs, and performance metrics
  • Manage end-to-end partner lifecycle including onboarding, relationship management, performance reviews, and renewals
  • Collaborate with insurance product, marketing, digital, and operations teams to integrate partner services into customer journeys
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, bundled offerings, and cross-promotional campaigns
  • Monitor partner performance, customer impact, and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Ensure partnerships align with regulatory, compliance, and internal governance requirements
  • Stay informed on market trends, insurtech innovations, and emerging partnership opportunities
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or ecosystem management
  • Experience within insurance, financial services, fintech, or digital platforms is highly preferred
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commercially driven with the ability to structure win-win partnership models
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs, performance metrics, and partner ROI
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
