  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and technology teams to design optimal fulfillment center networks
  • Gather and align requirements from multiple cross-functional teams to support network expansion projects
  • Identify bottlenecks and operational constraints while designing scalable logistics solutions
  • Monitor project timelines and coordinate execution across multiple stakeholders and partner teams
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership through regular updates and planning reviews
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved delivery speed
  • Benchmark operational best practices from established markets and implement improvements in emerging regions
  • Contribute to mid- and long-term capacity planning strategies for new and existing fulfillment centers
  • Drive process standardization and innovation across network design and operational planning initiatives
  • Support cross-country collaboration and travel to regional operations to understand local market requirements
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least five years of experience in supply chain planning, network capacity planning, or logistics strategy
  • Experience managing complex programs and delivering results while communicating with senior leadership
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams and global organizations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, macros, index-match, and data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for large-scale supply chain planning initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies
  • Knowledge of statistical data analysis, supply chain modeling, and logistics optimization
  • Ability to write SQL or Python queries and use BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Understanding of fulfillment center design, transportation networks, and large-scale logistics operations
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
