Transportation Program Manager - Supply Chain Planning and Logistics - Dubai UAE

• Own end-to-end transportation planning including forecasting, flow control, and capacity management
• Manage daily operations as well as peak season execution to ensure seamless logistics performance
• Design and implement strategic programs to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency
• Develop supply chain models and network solutions based on business requirements
• Balance trade-offs between cost, scope, timelines, and resource allocation
• Identify risks and challenges while implementing data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove operational blockers and launch new initiatives
• Oversee integration with systems across retail, fulfillment, transportation, and finance
• Establish performance tracking, financial measurement, and reporting processes
• Drive program expansion while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction
• Support regional operations with travel as required for business needs

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in program or project management within logistics or operations
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams in complex environments
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, data modeling, and reporting
• Proficiency in SQL and data-driven decision-making
• Experience in process improvement and operational optimization
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Knowledge of Python, machine learning, or advanced analytics is an advantage
