Hybrid role - 3 days from office and 2 days remoteWhat you will do:This is a high-impact, growth-focused role for a strategic sales leader who thrives in outbound business development. You will lead efforts to build and scale a strong reseller ecosystem, while also engaging directly in complex enterprise B2B sales cycles with strategic partners and corporate clients.Your mission: identify high-potential reseller opportunities, open new markets, shape go-to-market strategies, and position WPO’s wellbeing solutions as a critical component of partner and enterprise offerings.Responsibilities:Reseller & Market Growth
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new reseller partners across existing and emerging segments
- Build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships that drive sustainable growth
- Shape scalable reseller programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Lead consultative, insight-driven sales conversations with enterprise and institutional buyers
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder decision-making and longer sales cycles
- Articulate compelling, ROI-focused value propositions tailored to each partner
- Partner closely with Account Managers to ensure seamless handoff and long-term success
- Work with Product, Marketing, and Enablement to refine GTM strategies
- Bring market intelligence back to the business to influence strategy, programs, and KPIs
- A strong, qualified pipeline of high-potential reseller and enterprise opportunities
- Trusted advisor relationships with senior decision-makers
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and smooth post-sale transitions
- Consistent contribution to program evolution and market expansion
- 5–7 years of sales experience (wholesale, channel, reseller, healthcare, insurance, or tech preferred)
- Proven success in B2B and enterprise sales with complex deal cycles
- Strong prospecting, consultative selling, and executive-level communication skills
- Experience in partner-led go-to-market environments (preferred)
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Willingness to travel regionally
