- Oversee inspections, testing, and materials reconciliation for MEP works across rail facilities and substations
- Review and validate underground piping systems, P&ID checks, and hydraulic or pressure tests
- Inspect electrical installations, ensuring proper grounding, circuit integrity, and compliance with regulations
- Monitor contractor work on foundations, piping, and equipment installation within depot buildings, MPS, and TPS
- Verify contractor's equipment alignment, balancing, and commissioning activities
- Conduct inspections of insulation, painting, and coverage in facility structures
- Review and approve contractor MEP shop drawings as delegated by the Resident Engineer
- Ensure contractor and subcontractor workmanship meets quality and safety standards
- Contribute to preparation of quality control reports, safety reviews, and documentation
- Witness welder and trade qualification tests as required for facility-related works
- Report delays, non-conformances, and deviations, and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Support site safety goals, practices, and compliance with Parsons' standards and procedures
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Construction Engineering
- Minimum 7 years (Diploma) or 5 years (Degree) of experience supervising facility construction and MEP works
- Prior experience in rail or metro construction projects is mandatory
- Formal certifications in inspection disciplines such as welding, concrete, or electrical preferred
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, facility construction methods, and quality assurance standards
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Familiarity with safety and quality control regulations for large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proven ability to manage contractor performance and ensure compliance with project schedules and requirements
