Job Description:BG Global is recruiting for a reputed industrial organization with a strong legacy in recycling and a growing presence in corrugated packaging production in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are looking for an experienced EMBA 170 Operator with strong flexographic printing expertise in a busy box plant environment.Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain EMBA printing machines- Manage flexographic printing processes ensuring quality standards- Perform rotary die cutting operations- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot printing equipment- Implement preventive and autonomous maintenance practices- Coordinate with pre-feeders, palletizers, and strapping machines- Ensure production targets and quality compliance are metRequirements- 5+ years of experience operating EMBA printing machines or similar- Strong understanding of flexo printing and rotary die cutting- Hands-on troubleshooting and machine adjustment skills- ERP system exposure is an added advantage- Diploma in Engineering, Printing Technology, or related fieldBenefits- Salary plus Benefits
