Job Description:BG Global is recruiting for a reputed industrial organization with a strong legacy in recycling and a growing presence in corrugated packaging production in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The DRO Operator will manage flexo printing and rotary die cutting operations.Responsibilities:- Operate Bobst printing machines efficiently- Manage flexo printing process and color registration- Perform rotary die cutting operations- Oversee pre-feeders, palletizers, and strapping systems- Monitor print quality and minimize waste- Lead and guide machine crew- Ensure preventive maintenance practices are followed- Maintain production and quality recordsRequirements- Minimum 5 years' experience on Bobst printing machines or similar- Strong knowledge of flexo printing and rotary die cutting- Diploma in Engineering, Printing Technology, or related field- Familiarity with ERP/shopfloor systems- Leadership and team management experience- Good troubleshooting and maintenance knowledgeBenefits- Salary plus Benefits
