- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth and retail expansion plans
- Drive people planning and workforce capability development across IKEA stores and operations
- Lead HR Business Partners across store locations and oversee annual People and Culture planning
- Support business transformation initiatives and organizational development programs
- Partner with leadership teams to guide talent management, succession planning, and performance management
- Promote a culture of diversity, meritocracy, and performance excellence across the organization
- Align HR strategies with IKEA global people strategy and Al Futtaim Group HR policies
- Provide coaching and mentoring to management teams on people related matters
- Support regional market development initiatives and expansion planning
- Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, leadership capability, and organizational culture
- Ensure effective HR processes, systems, and governance across all business units
- Represent Al Futtaim IKEA in global and regional People and Culture meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Extensive experience in HR leadership roles within retail or large multinational organizations
- Proven experience leading HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives
- Strong knowledge of retail workforce management and store operations
- Experience managing HR Business Partners across multiple locations
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to align people strategy with long term business objectives
- Experience driving organizational change, transformation, and culture initiatives
- Strong communication and strategic planning capabilities
