  • Lead the People and Culture strategy for Al Futtaim IKEA, aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives and retail expansion plans.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that strengthen company culture, performance management, and diversity initiatives.
  • Guide HR Business Partners across stores to execute the annual People and Culture plans.
  • Support regional business development initiatives and contribute to market expansion strategies.

  • Monitor HR performance metrics and provide management with actionable workforce analytics and reports.
  • Manage manpower planning and HR budgets in alignment with business financial targets.
  • Lead talent management processes including succession planning and leadership development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with HR governance standards, internal controls, and group policies.
Ideal Profile
  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management.
  • Master's degree, CIPD certification, or equivalent HR qualification preferred.
  • Eight to ten years of HR generalist experience including leadership roles such as HR Business Partner or Head of HR.
  • Strong experience in organizational transformation, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead HR strategy within retail or large scale corporate organizations.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
