- Partner with senior leaders to navigate complex regulatory landscapes while maintaining Amazon's customer-first approach
- Pioneer innovative approaches to financial compliance that scale across Amazon's ever-growing enterprise
- Architect end-to-end solutions for complex regulatory challenges across international markets
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders from C-suite to technical teams
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver transformative programs that balance compliance, efficiency, and customer experience
- Identify emerging regulatory trends and proactively develop strategies to maintain Amazon's competitive edgeBasic Qualifications- 6+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
- Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects
- Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, or Bachelor's degreePreferred Qualifications- Professional qualification (MBA, ACA, or equivalent)
- Experience with GST/VAT compliance across APAC or EMEA regions
- SOX 404 implementation expertise
- Strong understanding of financial systems and accounting workflows
